The Pitch
Counsel Me Baby tranports us onto the couches of celeb therapy-sessions throughout history. For the pilot Gonne Girl, we travel to a clinic in Dublin c. 1896 to witness Irish literati A-Listers; doormat poet WB Yeats and his commitment-phobic girlfriend Maud Gonne mid-sesh.

With guest appearances from therapy gatecrashers; the kitten-loving Bram Stoker struggling to access his darker psyche, and a determinedly unrepentant Oscar Wilde back from London to re-charge after the whole "I'm in love with a man, get over it" unpleasantness. This is, as they say, their story.
